Hot Talk 1510 KCTE is locally owned and operated by Union Broadcasting, a Kansas City company. All programming consists of a variety of radio shows including local and national hosts who broadcast their radio shows to adults 35 to 64 years old. Each show has its own distinct audience with some programming focused on reaching men, some more targeted toward women. Nationally recognized Monday through Friday hosts include: ESPN's Mike and Mike, Dr. Laura and Dennis Miller. Local talent include: Rob Kingsbury's "Total Health" and K.A.O.S. with Kenny and Ozone.
Other opportunities are made available for new radio talent and business owners by purchasing and hosting their own radio show. This special opportunity is made available as part of Block Programming. Block Programs air at select points during the week and on weekends. Union Broadcasting provides all support necessary for the host to sit down in a state-of-the-art studio and turn on the microphone.
Union Broadcasting also owns and operates the following Kansas City companies: Sports Radio 810 WHB, Union Indoor Advertising and co-owns two sports-themed restaurants, The 810 Zone on the Country Club Plaza and in Leawood Town Center Plaza.
